I love Wolverine since I was introduced to him. And ever since I came across Uncanny X-Men 205, I liked Weapon X even more. However, due to my budget at that time, I only know he’s a mutant from Canada and was subjected to a lot of secret experiments involving adamantium. The very first time I’ve seen him as Weapon X was in Uncanny X-Men #205. The Chris Claremont and Barry Windsor Smith team was behind this awesome ‘one-shot’ which made me cherish the issue more (but alas, I am not sure where I kept the issue since this was so long ago)
In mind mind, Weapon X was pictured as a man reduced to an uncontrollable beast on the run, with boxes and wires trailing and around him, each painful probe piercing into his body, making him angrier by the second.

In this movie, Weapon X was released by Jean Grey who also restores his partial memory.
WEAPON X AS STATUES (or Aquarium)
Well, there are quire a few selection of this guy on the market and although they do depict him in his ferocity, non of them was what I was looking for. That was, until DT Tube from Facebook showed up this morning with his latest acquisition. It is exactly how I pictured Weapon X to be; an experiment. The tank of water was what I was looking for and now, it can be turned into an aquarium.
Unless I won a Lottery or something, it is silly to turn a few grand worth resin statue into an aquarium. But looking at the image below, the concept is quite do-able, as long as you know how to seal it and make it fish-friendly.
WHO OWNS WHAT
While I was searching the Internet, I came across the same statue and it is now downloadable for a minimal sum. The problem is, comparing the two images between DT Tube’s and a 3D printed image, both do look similar, if not, the same. And while trawling through the internet, the supposedly stl file has different price tags. Hmmm…
Anyway, I think I found the real owner, Caleb Nefzen who is a 3D character modeler. His statue was printed and became available around 2022. The prices on eBay is crazy 4-figure.
