This is a great video of how my Lighting System fit into the AndersFP 3D printed clip. I have asked for Brian Vaño Lee’s permission to use this video and he was more than happy to do so. This is because his video captures the actual PWM lighting effect while mine was so sensitive, it resulted in the video showing random flickering. In this video, he has put the lighting effect into the ON mode where the four 3mm side LEDs slowly light up and with the 5mm bottom LED blinking after that. Alternatively you can switch to the PKD mode where all the lights are constantly lit.
Some additional details
Using the 5mm x 5mm round neodymium magnets to both secure the clip and also, provide electrical connection to the pair of green LEDs is a genius move. Alternatively, you can use four 2.5mm x 5mm magnets where the wire is sandwiched between the two magnets but you have to be very careful with their polarities. And you might need to drill new holes for the wire to pass into the middle of the chamber between the two magnets as well. The original hole, if I remember, was for the wires to coil at the bottom before it is stuffed by the magnet. Just for Cosplay, I have added a blinking LED inside so that when you pull out the clip or swap clips, the different colours can help identify which clip you’re ‘using’. It is Orange for the PKD2019 and White for the Ghost version. Yeah, the Ghost version has different LED colours and lighting effect.
The size of the 701230 battery is 30mm long, 12mm wide and at least 7mm thick. You can secure it with some double-sided tape on top of the 8-pin microcontroller but when you charge the battery with the included Lipo charger, make sure both boards are electrically isolated. In this image, the PCB board is white to signify the Ghost Edition which has a different LED sequence.
