In the SciFi Props and Replicas scene, the name Rick Ross is synonimous with the PKD Blaster and its snub-nosed variant. Heck he was the one who came up with, “Pflager Katsumata Series D” for the PKD Blaster in the Blade Runner Movie. Just like Robocop, their iconic weapons does not have any name. So, in this case, Rick Deckard’s weapon was called the PKD Blaster, to have the same abbreviations with the, “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep” author, Philip K. Dick which the movie Blade Runner was loosely based on.
In the early days around the turn of the Century, and before the discovery of the Blaster, he did came up with some resin kits of the PKD Blaster and later on, in various variants such as the snub-nosed PKD. I have just recently discovered his Flickr Gallery and you should take a look at his work. I particularly loved his interpretation of the PKD Blaster which was more brutish.
