The Dreamforge Games Einsenkern APC

More than 14 years ago, I was besotted with Dreamforge Games’s Eisenkern APC. The model was molded in plastic ala Games Workshop style. Try as I might, it was not easy for me to get a piece of the action. So, it really stayed in my dreams as Family was more important. But after looking back at it now, I realised the model has aged a lot and it was nothing more than a re-imagined German World War II Sd.Kfz. 251 but with wheels. So, no matter how I looked at it now, it’s just that. For tabletop gaming, it is fine. But for scale modeling, I have nothing agreeable to say, save for the interior but they’re just for 28mm miniatures which unfortunately, stunted or deformed figures comes to mind.

From a low angle the APC looks good and intimidating. But above that, its just a very expensive crude-looking World War II Sd.Kfz. 251 fitted with wheels.
In the Kickstarter article, it mentioned that inside the APC, you can fit in 10 riflemen, a gunner and a driver.

The Ravencraft U220 Kharon APC

Then about a week ago, this 3D design came into my feed and I was once again, attracted to the design. If you’re familiar with the Aliens M577 APC, this is like a much beefier looking successor. A very tough looking sliding block of bread if you ask me.
