I think there is an issue with the size of the main body’s decal. Or, that the main body has been revised. Or, I am not right in the head.
Just to be sure, I have measured the decal again and again, even resorting to using the miniature peeper yardstick.
I have had this issue when I first started to design the decal for my Playmates Tricorder many years ago. The measurements were more or less exact and did fit quite nicely. But the problem came up after I had the mock-up done. The Mk VII had a slope near the screen and when I bent the decal to fit with the slope, it suddenly became shorter.
So, I will have to redo this section as well but, I will also have to take into consideration that I am basing this on a JLCPCB printed 3D body. Other 3D printers might have slightly different results where this decal might fit. In other words, the decals page will have two of these designs. This means I can now only fit one set of decals into a single A4 sheet instead of two.
From the fold (orange arrows) to the bottom, it is very accurate. So, I need to extend the height from the fold (orange arrows again) to upwards.
