20220902 Top Panel PCB v3

The PCBs came today and as soon as I came home, I soldered the first board. It has a lot of changes and I hope this is the last revision for it. This board will be the one which controls other boards since it has the reed switch soldered. Anyway, the changes are:

1. Solder Pads for the wires instead of solder holes.
2. A SMD switch to select different clock pulses instead of solder joints.
3. Additional solder pad when you link the external clock pulse to the Front Array. The Front Array revision will be my next to do.
4. The Vias is now 0.5mm, the minimum diameter of JLCPCB’s spec.
5. I am not sure if the variable resistor works since the one I order has not arrived. The 10K is not changing anything.

The boards came much faster than I anticipated from JLCPCB and the specs are 0.8mm thick with black finishing.
Front and back comparisons of the two version of the PCB
Quick comparison between V3 (Top) and V2 (Bottom), front and back.
PCB comparisons between v2 and v3
In short this is the comparison between v2 (Bottom) and V3 (Top)
In a sense, I want it to have a little wiring as possible.
