At long last, after nearly one year since its inception, the PKD-2019 Lighting system is done. And Delivered. The arrangement is very simple. I get my stuff to a Good Friend’s Company who will list them to online sites and then deliver them in the fastest way possible. If I were to do this, I would have to rush back from work and head to the nearest Post Office (the ones which would open until 20:00) and then you’d get yours about 2 to 3 months later.
Yeah, this does not work and so, my friend’s method gets it done in a fraction of that. As soon as his office opens on Monday, he will get his staff to do the necessary, and hopefully, after Tuesday, I would be getting good news.
What about some Reviews?
In the past, I did send some samples to friends who will review them and getting some feedback in the forms of YouTube reviews and the likes. However, this time, it is slightly different because the Lighting System is not meant for scale models but rather a Prop Replica. So this does narrow down the available candidates. But hopefully, I’ll be able to hear from him since not only does he has the ability to print the AnderFP Blaster but he does own a Tomenosuke PKD as well.
I’ve been worrying about its compatibility with the Tomenosuke PKD as based on our private conversations, the measurement were almost the same with the AndersFP blaster. Therefore, after the last revision where I made some changes to the circuit board, I hope the reviewer would be able to confirm if the design fits into the Tomenosuke Blaster.
Right now, the only thing I can do is to wait until next Tuesday…
