I have seen few actual Mk VII prop videos and made my own (right or wrong) assumptions. But in this one, I know that it is using the 555/4017 circuit and this one is really intriguing.
The front sensor timings are not in sync with the Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta sequence. Which makes me think that there are possible two 555/4017 circuits in there. I could be wrong. Another assumption is that the three LEDs on the right, seems to be lighting in between when the Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta. This could mean the following timing:
