Now is the chance for me to try out the new varifocal lens and the PVC frame. The PCB frame is collapsible and so, I can bring it about if I want to. Months ago, I chose the cheaper the varifocal lens (2.8-12mm) hoping it would give me the results I need. What is more amazing is that the lens is reasonably light.
Since it is portable, I can bring the whole setup to any flat surface with a decent light source. And if required, I can use the rear horizontal bar to clamp in more lights.
But I will definitely need to tweak it ti see if I can get a better resolution but alas, it is limited 1920 x 1080.
